I don’t want to say who is right and who is wrong. But in Burma, people have been facing power cut all the time. For example, in Yangon, Burma’s biggest city, electricity is available only 6 hours a day. That 6 hours is not continuous. 2 hours on and 3 hours off, and then again 4 hours on. Time is also changing from day to day. The most dangerous thing is sometime voltage is as high as 300. (Normal voltage is 220). The consequence is fire.

It is not controversial that the management system is fatally wrong in Burma.
