What do you think is the cause of such incidents? Your post suspends me in mid air.BR/Why teens from London acting like that? Lack of education? Parental guidance? political instabilities? What are the reasons? Kinda leave me hanging.

Well, I must admit I don’t know. but lately, there is a rise of gun crimes and gang cultures in England where people are not allowed to get fire arms and even normal police never carry gun (contrary to USA).BR/BR/Regarding parental control, after 18 of age, parents have traditionally no or less right to control their children. So forget about parental control. One time, Tony Blair encouraged parents to control their children to some extend, leading to a massive criticism from parents I think. BR/BR/One thing is that Democracy is something like evidence based politics. After killing some people and happening some incidents, the new law normally emerged. For example, for new UK passport, the interview in person is required from May 2007 after found out that terrorists did many forged passports before 7/7 bombing in London.BR/BR/So these incidents mean a new law is to come up. That’s all. No special reason I think.
